Spring has sprung in South Africa

My Mom got her Delft Snowball quilt back from the quilters, it came out so beautiful!

Spring has fully sprung here in South Africa! Some photos of my mom's garden!

Here is a picture I snapped in the neighbouring town of Franschhoek last week. Glorious spring weather :)

A recent picture I photographed of a vivid rainbow over Stellenbosch during a spring rain shower.

Your mom's quilt is lovely. I'll bet she'll enjoy it for a LONG time. Thanks for the colorful photos of spring. It's gray and rainy here today.

beautiful pictures! the colors on those flowers are amazing. I'm a bit jealous, it is getting really cold here in the northern hemisphere!

beautiful pics of the flowers. I loved all the seasons when I lived in SA but summer was my favourite while I lived on the highveld.
ps...I have tagged you in a game of blog tag. Go to my blog cathquilts.blogspot.com.au/2012/11/ive-been-taggedonce-more to read about it. No pressure - if you don't want to play along, no worries. Just a bit of fun.
